By accessing or using BluePort Logistics services, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old, have the authority to enter into these Terms on behalf of your organization, and agree to comply with all applicable laws and regulations.
BluePort Logistics provides freight management, real-time shipment tracking, logistics coordination, and related services. We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any part of our services at any time with reasonable notice.
Service availability is subject to maintenance windows and circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including carrier delays, weather events, customs holds, and port disruptions.

Invoices are due within 30 days of issuance unless otherwise agreed in writing. Late payments accrue interest at 1.5% per month. BluePort reserves the right to suspend services for accounts with outstanding balances exceeding 60 days.
All software, technology, content, and materials comprising the BluePort platform are owned by BluePort Logistics, Inc. and protected by applicable intellectual property laws. You may not copy, modify, reverse-engineer, or create derivative works of any BluePort technology.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, BluePort's total liability for any claims arising under these Terms shall not exceed the total fees paid by you to BluePort in the three months preceding the claim.
BluePort is not liable for indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, including lost profits, loss of data, or business interruption.
You agree to indemnify and hold harmless BluePort Logistics, its officers, directors, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, your violation of these Terms, or your shipment of prohibited or inaccurately described goods.
Either party may terminate the service relationship with 30 days written notice. BluePort may terminate immediately for material breach, including non-payment, fraudulent activity, or shipment of prohibited goods. Upon termination, outstanding invoices become immediately due.
These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, United States. Any disputes arising under these Terms shall be resolved in the courts of Harris County, Texas, and both parties consent to that jurisdiction.
